Refund policy

I do not do refunds, i will exchange an item once I receive the item to be replaced back. Each piece is art and variances will occur from product to product. Custom orders are to be paid in full prior to the start of the item. Timelines on completion will be displayed on the custom listing but the general rule is that a custom order will take 3 weeks. Please be aware of this, I do not accept rush orders unless we have discussed this and i have agreed to a speedier timeline in which case you will receive and email with this confirmation.
